1. Who we are

Elite with DJ (“we”, “us”) provides basketball skills training and the Elite with DJ website and app (elitewithdj.com). The service is operated by Darrien Jackson, founder and owner of Elite with DJ.

2. Terms of Service

Accounts

• You need an account to book sessions. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Athletes under 18 must be registered and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
• We may suspend accounts that are misused, unpaid or used to harass others.

Bookings and cancellations

• Sessions are booked in the app. Sessions take place in Finland or the USA at the venue shown in the app; times are local time of that location.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session – the session is returned to your balance automatically.
• Later cancellations and no-shows use the session. If Coach DJ cancels, the session is always returned.
• Please arrive on time; a late start does not extend the session.

Packages, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the app and on the website in euros (€) or US dollars ($) and include any applicable taxes.
• Payment is made by bank transfer via Revolut (revolut.me/darrienj). The app shows the amount and a payment reference (e.g. EWDJ-XXXXXX); include this reference in the payment note.
• Sessions or programs are added to your account once Coach DJ has confirmed that the payment has arrived, usually within one working day. A single session booked with payment is reserved for you while the payment is confirmed; if no payment arrives, the reservation may be cancelled.
• Packages are personal to the athlete and valid for the period shown on the package from the date of purchase (5-session pack: 2 months, 10-session pack: 3 months, small group: the calendar month).

Refunds

• Unused packages can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if no session has been used.
• After a session has been used, or after 14 days, packages are not refundable but may be extended at Coach DJ’s discretion (for example in case of injury, with a doctor’s note).
• Online programs are digital content and are not refundable once you have accessed them.
• Refunds are paid back to the account the payment came from.

Health and safety

• Basketball training is physical activity. The athlete (or parent/guardian) confirms that the athlete is fit to train and will tell Coach DJ about any injury, illness or medical condition before the session.
• Follow the coach’s instructions and the venue’s rules. Athletes train at their own risk except where the law provides otherwise; we are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Photos and video

• Coach DJ may film parts of a session for coaching feedback; these clips are shared only with the athlete and their parent/guardian.
• Photos and videos taken at training sessions and events may be published on Elite with DJ’s social media channels and website. By accepting these terms you agree to this (for athletes under 18, the parent/guardian agrees on their behalf).
• If you do not want a particular photo or video of you or your child to be published, or want one removed, contact darrien.djackson@gmail.com and we will remove it.

App and content

• Videos, drills and programs in the app are for your personal training only and may not be copied or shared.
• We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page and important changes are announced in the app.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

3. Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored only in encrypted form), language and currency.
• Athlete details: name, age, position, height, team or school, training goals.
• Photos and videos from training sessions (see “Photos and video”).
• Training data: bookings, attendance, skill assessments, shooting statistics, workout plans, videos watched, coach feedback, challenge results and messages with the coach.
• Payment records: item, amount, currency, reference and status. We never receive or store card or bank details – payments are made in Revolut.
• Device token for push notifications, if you allow notifications in the app.

How we use it

• To provide the training and the app: bookings, reminders, progress tracking, reports and communication.
• To confirm payments and keep accounting records as required by law.
• We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see your data

• You (and, for athletes under 18, their parent/guardian), Coach DJ and the Elite with DJ administrators.
• On challenge leaderboards other athletes see your first name, the first letter of your last name and your score.
• Service providers that run the service for us: Hetzner (server hosting in the EU), Google Firebase (push notifications), Resend (password-reset email), Google Maps (venue maps). Revolut processes payments under its own privacy policy.

Storage and security

• Data is stored on our own server in the European Union (Hetzner), protected by HTTPS encryption, firewall and daily backups.
• Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request. Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting law.

Your rights

• You can see and edit most of your data in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account – contact darrien.djackson@gmail.com.
• If you are in the EU you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Finland: the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi).

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores your login, language and currency choice in your browser so you stay signed in.

Elite with DJ (”me”) tarjoaa koripallon taitovalmennusta sekä Elite with DJ -nettisivun ja -sovelluksen (elitewithdj.com). Palvelua ylläpitää Darrien Jackson, Elite with DJ:n perustaja ja omistaja.

2. Käyttöehdot

Tilit

• Treenien varaaminen vaatii tilin. Pidä salasanasi omana tietonasi; vastaat tilisi käytöstä.
• Alle 18-vuotiaan pelaajan rekisteröi ja hallinnoi huoltaja, joka hyväksyy ehdot hänen puolestaan.
• Voimme sulkea tilin, jota käytetään väärin, joka on maksamatta tai jolla häiritään muita.

Varaukset ja peruutukset

• Treenit varataan sovelluksessa. Treenit pidetään Suomessa tai USA:ssa sovelluksessa näkyvässä paikassa; ajat ovat paikallista aikaa.
• Maksuton peruutus viimeistään 24 tuntia ennen treeniä – kerta palautuu saldolle automaattisesti.
• Myöhäisemmät peruutukset ja saapumatta jättämiset kuluttavat kerran. Jos Coach DJ peruu treenin, kerta palautetaan aina.
• Tule ajoissa; myöhästyminen ei pidennä treeniä.

Paketit, hinnat ja maksaminen

• Hinnat näkyvät sovelluksessa ja nettisivulla euroina (€) tai dollareina ($), ja ne sisältävät mahdolliset verot.
• Maksu tehdään tilisiirtona Revolutin kautta (revolut.me/darrienj). Sovellus näyttää summan ja maksuviitteen (esim. EWDJ-XXXXXX); kirjoita viite maksun viestiin.
• Kerrat tai ohjelmat lisätään tilillesi, kun Coach DJ on vahvistanut maksun saapuneen, yleensä yhden arkipäivän kuluessa. Maksun yhteydessä varattu yksittäinen treeni pidetään varattuna vahvistuksen ajan; jos maksua ei tule, varaus voidaan perua.
• Paketit ovat henkilökohtaisia ja voimassa paketissa näkyvän ajan ostopäivästä (5 kertaa: 2 kk, 10 kertaa: 3 kk, pienryhmä: kalenterikuukausi).

Palautukset

• Käyttämättömän paketin saa palautettua täysimääräisesti 14 päivän kuluessa ostosta, jos yhtään kertaa ei ole käytetty.
• Kun kerta on käytetty tai 14 päivää on kulunut, pakettia ei palauteta, mutta Coach DJ voi harkintansa mukaan jatkaa sen voimassaoloa (esim. loukkaantuminen lääkärintodistuksella).
• Verkko-ohjelmat ovat digitaalista sisältöä, eikä niitä palauteta, kun ne on avattu.
• Palautukset maksetaan tilille, jolta maksu tuli.

Terveys ja turvallisuus

• Koripallotreeni on fyysistä toimintaa. Pelaaja (tai huoltaja) vahvistaa, että pelaaja on treenikunnossa, ja kertoo Coach DJ:lle vammoista, sairauksista tai terveydentilasta ennen treeniä.
• Noudata valmentajan ohjeita ja salin sääntöjä. Treenaaminen tapahtuu omalla vastuulla, ellei laki muuta määrää; emme vastaa henkilökohtaisten tavaroiden katoamisesta tai vahingoista.

Kuvat ja video

• Coach DJ voi kuvata osia treenistä palautetta varten; videot jaetaan vain pelaajalle ja huoltajalle.
• Treeneissä ja tapahtumissa otettuja kuvia ja videoita voidaan julkaista Elite with DJ:n sosiaalisen median kanavilla ja nettisivulla. Hyväksymällä nämä ehdot hyväksyt tämän (alle 18-vuotiaan puolesta huoltaja).
• Jos et halua, että tiettyä kuvaa tai videota sinusta tai lapsestasi julkaistaan, tai haluat sen poistettavan, ota yhteyttä osoitteeseen darrien.djackson@gmail.com, niin poistamme sen.

Sovellus ja sisältö

• Sovelluksen videot, drillit ja ohjelmat ovat vain omaan harjoitteluusi, eikä niitä saa kopioida tai jakaa.
• Pyrimme pitämään sovelluksen aina käytettävissä, mutta emme voi taata keskeytyksetöntä palvelua.
• Voimme päivittää näitä ehtoja; voimassa oleva versio on aina tällä sivulla, ja tärkeistä muutoksista ilmoitetaan sovelluksessa.
• Ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Tämä ei rajoita asuinmaasi pakottavia kuluttajansuojaoikeuksia.

3. Tietosuojaseloste

Mitä tietoja keräämme

• Tilitiedot: nimi, sähköposti, salasana (vain salattuna), kieli ja valuutta.
• Pelaajan tiedot: nimi, ikä, pelipaikka, pituus, joukkue tai koulu, tavoitteet.
• Treeneissä otetut kuvat ja videot (ks. ”Kuvat ja video”).
• Treenitiedot: varaukset, osallistumiset, taitoarviot, heittotilastot, treeniohjelmat, katsotut videot, valmentajan palaute, haastetulokset ja viestit valmentajan kanssa.
• Maksutiedot: tuote, summa, valuutta, viite ja tila. Emme koskaan saa tai tallenna kortti- tai pankkitietoja – maksut tehdään Revolutissa.
• Laitteen tunniste push-ilmoituksia varten, jos sallit ilmoitukset.

Miten käytämme tietoja

• Valmennuksen ja sovelluksen tarjoamiseen: varaukset, muistutukset, kehityksen seuranta, raportit ja yhteydenpito.
• Maksujen vahvistamiseen ja lakisääteiseen kirjanpitoon.
• Emme myy henkilötietoja emmekä käytä niitä kolmansien osapuolten mainontaan.

Kuka tietoja näkee

• Sinä (alle 18-vuotiaan osalta myös huoltaja), Coach DJ ja Elite with DJ:n ylläpitäjät.
• Haasteen tulostaulukossa muut pelaajat näkevät etunimesi, sukunimen alkukirjaimen ja pisteesi.
• Palveluntarjoajat, jotka pyörittävät palvelua puolestamme: Hetzner (palvelin EU:ssa), Google Firebase (push-ilmoitukset), Resend (salasanan palautusviestit), Google Maps (salikartat). Revolut käsittelee maksut oman tietosuojaselosteensa mukaisesti.

Säilytys ja turvallisuus

• Tiedot säilytetään omalla palvelimellamme Euroopan unionissa (Hetzner), suojattuna HTTPS-salauksella, palomuurilla ja päivittäisillä varmuuskopioilla.
• Tilin tiedot säilytetään tilin ollessa käytössä ja poistetaan 30 päivän kuluessa poistopyynnöstä. Maksutiedot säilytetään kirjanpitolain edellyttämän ajan.

Oikeutesi

• Näet ja voit muokata useimpia tietojasi sovelluksessa. Voit myös pyytää kopion tiedoistasi, niiden korjaamista tai tilisi poistamista: darrien.djackson@gmail.com.
• Sinulla on oikeus tehdä valitus tietosuojavaltuutetulle (tietosuoja.fi).

Evästeet

Emme käytä mainos- tai seurantaevästeitä. Sovellus tallentaa selaimeesi kirjautumisen, kielen ja valuutan, jotta pysyt kirjautuneena.
